My passion for teaching Fertility Awareness began with my own discovery of natural birth control in 2009. In addition to providing me safe birth control, using the method brought me closer to myself and my body - it helped me on my journey of self discovery. After three years of successfully practicing Fertility Awareness for birth control and holding informal workshops, I realized that I wanted to dedicate my life to teaching Fertility Awareness and menstrual cycle health. I have founded Our Fertility as a platform for this work - a place to meet, develop skills and find information and inspiration about Fertility Awareness and holistic reproductive health.
