[Chart to Conceive Online Course] Thanks to dear Jessie for giving me access without any payment and for literally understanding my situation..honestly, its such an informative course and it helped me understand a lot about menstrual and ovarian cycles, cervical mucus and basal body temperature...
I was really surprised at each new lesson i learnt and can see that there is a lot of going on at the backscreen...thanks Jessie, for teaching everything clearly with photos, graphs and examples..i know i needed this class the most..it has such valuable information for all women...by learning the symptothermal method, we can be in full control of our body and our menstrual health..we can be able to confirm ovulation and when our period is approaching....i learnt so much about my body, i wish i knew sooner...the graphs made the content easy to understand(especially, the cervical mucus gallery...)

Thanks to the symptothermal method, and Jessie's wonderful course educating me on BBT, menstural and ovarian cycles, and differentiating CM. I was able to provide detailed and useful menstural and ovarian cycle information to the gynecologists to advocate for my care and management of a ruptured ovarian cyst. I was not worried or taken by surprise when on during a speculum exam they said I had white creamy discharge ( as I knew due to my menstrual cycle/ovarian cycle and the sensations associsted with that) that for me, was non peak CM, and was able to confidently rule out an infection. Ive never had an ovarian cyst before but quickly noticed a difference in what was normal for my body during even before feeling unwell physically. Your cycle is truly the fifth vital sign #proudlyperiodliterate for 4 years

Jessie‘s content is incredible. It helped me so much as a self taught user in the earlier day when I didn’t have the finances to invest in a teacher (I was a uni student). I was so grateful for it. [Chart To Conceive Online Course] I did the chart to conceive online course in 2020. Charting helped me realise I wasn't ovulating and allowed me to seek help from a fertility specialist doctor relatively early on while TTC. I ended up going on letrozole to ovulate and I was able to track my cycles with FAM once I started ovulating. Tracking also helped me realise I might be pregnant early as my bbt remained elevated after I ovulated (although I was sure a few days after I ovulated that I couldn't be cos it dropped but I think it was implantation which you learn about in the course). I had only just started charting at the time of doing the course and I had done a lot of research on FAM prior but this course provided so much valuable information and Jessie is such a beautiful lovely person. Our son Henry was born in September 2021 and we now have a beautiful 4 month old baby. Thankyou Jessie for your part in helping me grow my family 💙

If you are anything like me you’re probably going back and forth with the course info to see if it’s worth the investment. Let me confirm for you- it 100% is!
I did the online course charting to conception. The learning portal was easy to navigate and the slides and visual info is really helpful as well as Jessie’s explanations that go with the visuals. You have the option to print the info to have it easily accesible too, which is really handy when you start charting.
I also booked a 1:1 consultation with Jessie and we had the consultation after 2 cycles of charting. We reviewed the charts together and even looked at my cervical mucus photos because I was unsure on how to classify some of it. Jessie was kind, super patient and best of all super encouraging.
The benefits I got from this course:
- Getting to know what is my normal in regards to cycles before starting trying to conceive
- Being able to confirm I am ovulating and my cycle looks healthy before conception time
