About Me Hi! I’m Anaïs and I currently live near Paris, France.
I trained in the Swiss symptothermal method (AST), and offer courses for couples who wish to conceive or those who are looking to avoid pregnancy naturally.
My services are not only about learning how to chart but also about preparing the next phase of your fertile life. This means I work with teenagers, women who wish to prepare pregnancy/birth/breastfeeding before getting pregnant, and women entering menopause. As a certified herbalist and an intimacy coach, I share many tools when dealing with imbalances and emotions.
Fertility is an important subject to me because there isn’t enough support for any woman who wishes to take care of her fertility ahead of a pregnancy. My wish is to share my knowledge and to offer my support so that every woman can regain agency in her own fertility.
