About Me I am a Certified Fertility Awareness Educator, Certified Fertility Doula, and Clinical Herbalist. I have had a passion for natural health since I was a kid. After being diagnosed with PCOS in my mid-twenties and not liking the treatment options I was offered, I delved deep into natural solutions and discovered fertility awareness in the process. I trained and certified in the Symptothermal Method with the Natural Family Planning Teachers' Association and am currently also training in the Billings Ovulation Method to deepen my understanding of cervical mucus as well as the hormonal processes involved.
I offer one on one fertility awareness education, hormonal health and herbal support, as well as group classes, both in-person and online. I work with you and your goals, whether you are trying to avoid pregnancy, trying to conceive, or just trying to figure out your hormonal health.
Aside from fertility awareness and women’s health support, I also love my husband, my animals, napping, reading, homesteading, gardening, and throwing pottery on the wheel.
