My discovery of Fertility Awareness at the age of 25 changed my life completely. I immediately knew that I wanted to help as many people discover this incredible wealth of knowledge, and I completed my teacher training in 2015. I specialize in teen cycles, teen hormonal health, parent education, and FAM for birth control and body literacy. I run classes and workshops for girls, teens, parents, and adults.
