I yearned to teach natural fertility ever since I learned the method myself as a contraceptive at the age of 19. I charted myself for 15 years until I had my babies, who are now 3 and 4. I am trained to teach women and couples both wanting to conceive and wanting a natural contraception, and sometimes simply to learn about the cycle. I am currently completing a Masters in Psychotherapy at AUT.
