Hi, I'm Rebecca! I am a FertilityCare Practitioner working with women and couples in Guelph Ontario and online to achieve their health and family planning goals.

I began charting in 2012 and was so empowered by the knowledge it gave me about my body and my health that I couldn’t help but tell all my friends. Fast forward 6 years when I was on maternity leave from my day job with my newborn son; I decided it was time to go back to school, because women and families needed to know about how game-changing fertility awareness is!

​When I’m not teaching women and couples about their reproductive health, you’ll find me hanging out with my husband Zaid (the other half of the Charbel Centre!) and our little ones, usually outdoors.
