I’m a women's health educator and bodyworker based in beautiful Seattle, Washington. My approach draws from the best of western science and traditional wisdom, and utilizes the latest research to provide trusty evidence-based care.  I work with women through all different reproductive phases of life: birth control, conception, pregnancy, birth, loss, recovery, and more.

I am a Certified Fertility Awareness Method Educator, Certified Reproductive Health Educator, Licensed Massage Practitioner, and a Professional Practitioner of the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy.   I've also been honored to attend well over 100 births, beginning with an apprenticeship to a Mayan Midwife in Guatemala over a decade ago.
