I’m a UK trained nurse and midwife, and a Natural Fertility New Zealand accredited fertility awareness instructor. I have a BA Hons (UK), a Post-grad Diploma in Public Health (NZ) and a Post-Grad Certificate in Sexual Health Care For Teenagers (UK). I am a qualified  Health Care Auditor, Foundation Standard Auditor and a Baby Friendly Auditor. I am also a stop smoking practitioner, and adult education facilitator.
